The following are the terms of an agreement between you, the applicant, and the Directorate of Mines & Geology, Government of Odisha in the Steel & Mines Department. The Directorate of Mines & Geology, Government of Odisha hereby approves to provide the API-based services to the stakeholder or customer in a timely and professional manner.
In the future, if the Director of Mines & Geology or the Steel & Mines Department, Government of Odisha desires, then payment separate Service charges may be levied upon the API - based services as required.
The accuracy or completeness of the information and data provided through the API-based services is subjective to the data stored and the API-based services shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from inaccuracy and incompleteness.
Termination and Suspension
The Directorate of Mines & Geology, Government of Odisha may terminate the API-based services at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the customer.
Upon termination of the API-based services, the customer shall immediately cease to use all of the API and shall destroy or return to the Directorate of Mines & Geology any materials provided by the Directorate of Mines & Geology, Odisha in connection with the API-based services.
It shall not impersonate another user, use another user's credentials, permit someone else to use your credentials, attempt to capture or guess another user's passwords, forge headers, or otherwise manipulate identifiers for the purpose of disguising the origin of any content you transmit, conduct fraudulent business operations or practices, or promote or conceal unlawful conduct.
You shall not engage in any activity on the Directorate of Mines & Geology, Government of Odisha websites that restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Directorate of Mines & Geology, Odisha websites by "hacking", "cracking", "spoofing", or defacing any portions of the Directorate of Mines & Geology, Odisha websites. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The construction, validity, and performance of these API, Terms of Use shall be governed under the laws of India. The courts at Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these API Terms of Use and access or usage of Portal. The department is absolved of any liability arising, direct or indirect, for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than India from the Portal is accessible.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The Department may revoke or terminate the API-based services if the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Confidential information
The Directorate of Mines & Geology, Government of Odisha does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site. Please note that any information or material sent to the Directorate of Mines & Geology will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending any information or material to the Directorate of Mines & Geology, Odisha you grant the Directorate of Mines & Geology an unrestricted, irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, publicly display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise freely use, those materials or information.
